Refund and Returns Policy
At AmpAds, we aim to provide the highest quality digital marketing services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need a refund or wish to request a return. Please read our policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which a refund or return may be requested.
1. Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds or returns for services such as video ads, SEO optimization, web development, content creation, etc., are generally not provided once the project has been initiated. However, we offer the following options:
a) Refunds
Refunds will be considered if:
- The service provided is significantly different from what was agreed upon in the contract.
- There is a major error or issue that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
- If you are dissatisfied with a service due to errors on our part, we will work with you to correct the issue. If we are unable to resolve it, a refund may be considered.
b) Service Delivery
Once we begin work on a project, we will deliver it within the agreed-upon timeline, unless otherwise specified. If there is a delay from our side, we will provide you with an update and work towards resolving it promptly.
2. Digital Products
For any digital products purchased (such as templates, design files, etc.), refunds may be requested if:
- The product is defective or not as described.
- A refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
Refund requests for digital products will be reviewed, and if the request meets the conditions, a refund will be processed.
3. Process for Refund Requests

4. Refund Processing

5. No Refund Policy for Completed Projects
Once a digital project (such as an ad, website, logo, etc.) has been completed and delivered to you, it is considered non-refundable. Any revisions or further work will be subject to additional charges as per the contract.
6. Charges and Fees
Ampads reserves the right to deduct any transaction or processing fees incurred during the payment process from the refund amount.
7. Exceptions
Refunds and returns will not be granted in the following cases:
- If the project was completed according to the terms and specifications agreed upon.
- If the refund request is made after the service has been delivered or the project has been completed.
- If the request is due to a change of mind or a simple dissatisfaction with the design or content.
